I feel like astro is known to some extent in Korea, and all they need is that one bop song that brings in the attentions and they will just grow to a much bigger group but fantagio had been screwed up by the new management recently which worries me over their future as they deffinetly have what it takes to be the star.
Admin Note: I’m not sure if OP means BTS as in behind the scenes or as in Bangtan Boys. I’m leaning more towards Bangtan Boys, so I stylized it accordingly.
It might be really unpopular, but cha eunwoo’s acting in my ID is gangnam beauty was really good. He looked tense and awkward because he was supposed to and if you just look at some astro or bts videos you can see how different his own character is. To me it was all natural maybe because I have been where mirae has been and I have seen people like do kyungsook and I know the awkward era. I hope he gets another role which has a fairly different dimensions so people can see the talent more easily
Astro’s Jinwoo’s face intrigues me. In a good way. He looks like the Lion from ghe Wizard of Oz if he was human…and attractive.
I know they don’t look alike but for some reason I always think of SF9’s Rowoon when I see Cha Eunwoo’s name and vice versa. I guess it’s because they’re two very attractive and tall idols.
I know that Cha Eunwoo is handsome according to beauty standards but to me he seems pretty normal. It’s like his looks don’t have any extra charm to them.
People need to stop saying Astro is disbanding. I know Fantagio is going through some issues but it’s already been confirmed that the group is not, and they’re going on a Japanese tour soon. It’s doing nothing but spreading false information and scaring people into thinking that they are finished.
I really worry for ASTRO, I am an aroha through and through but I’ve seen male and female groups alike fall into the deep hole of the cute concept. While I adore the concept itself, everyone grows up eventually and I hope that people like Sanha won’t be stuck as ‘babies’ forever. They have so much potential.
I really hope this makes sense, but I love it when I see Eunwoo with the rest of Astro. He does a lot of solo work and it’s clear the public values him so much more than the others. Also, depending on how familiar you are with them, it’s easy to forget that he’s part of a group. I would never expect Eunwoo to act differently around them or anything like that, but seeing them all together and him acting just as dorky as the rest of them makes me feel like no matter how much time he spends away, he’s still a member of Astro. Again, I hope this makes sense as I’m sort of unsure how to put this into words.
To me, Twice, Seventeen, Pristin and Astro are really bringing old school kpop back. I have nothing against BTS or Blackpink, but their music feels to “westernized” – popular in America, sure, but it doesn’t really have that unique kpop feel to it.
