Visually, NCT’s Kun gives me a Nevel from iCarly vibe. I don’t know why. He also gives me the rich kid with the bad backstory who wants to sabotage the middle-class kids because they’re having more fun than him vibes. Like it’s just his face that gives me these vibes which is sad because he seems to have a really likeable personality
NCT 127’s Japanese debut mini album is SO much better than any of their Korean mini albums
Soyeon from G(I)DLE reminds me of Taeyong from NCT when he activates on stage and MV’s. Perhaps its her energy and fierceness as she performs and dances but it’s magnetic and powerful. They’re both amazing and I hope they get to share a stage in the future.
I’ve been into Kpop for the past 3 years, and of all the idols I’ve seen, I think NCT’s Jungwoo is just the most precious one. Yes I bias him, and yes other idols are cute, but in my eyes, Jungwoo is just the cutest one.
I am very happy with how NCT’s American interviews turned out. Especially the Young Hollywood one, they seemed so comfortable!
I feel bad saying this, but I don’t think Taeyong and Mark’s raps mesh well together. I mean in the cases where they’re rapping at the same time, not back and forth. Like in Boss and Touch. Idk it just doesn’t sound…good to me (for lack of a better word). It kinda takes me out of the song for a second.
SM should have let Kun debut in one of the units rather than in NCT2018. They basically let him debut as a back up dancer. I’m happy he got to debut at all but I wouldn’t be surprised if someone didn’t even notice he was there.
Taeyong caused my blood pressure to sky rocket. Ten gave me a heart attack. Jaehyun flatlined everything. Mark shocked me back to life. Doyoung flatlined my heart again. And Taeil made me hear angels. Fortunately the 7th Sense ended right then so I barely survived… I’m guessing SM never got all the ER bills I’ve sent them since they keep coming out with this murderous content with further and equally unhealthy additions. I’m looking at you Lucif-, I mean Lucas.
I’m really impressed with newer groups like Pentagon, NCT and Stray Kids. They delivered music that was different for me, and it was nice to step out of my usual tastes and try something new.
